As expected we are wide open in the centre, I can't believe they only punished us once for it. When Dembele or Eriksen try to spin, nutmeg, trick past a player it makes me shudder as I know Dawson is not cut out for 1v1.

As for their goal, Chiriches was awful, he tried to nip in and got turned so, so easily. Embarrassing for him really as an international player to be schooled like that.

We can't continue to cope without Soldado and Adebayor working back... they jog back and expect everyone else to press... we can't go on like that IMO

Bit unfair on Ade and Soldado. Bobby's worked his socks off coming deep to pressure Southampton's midfielders in the center circle and Ade's done his share of tracking back on the left. Agree with the rest, but the system really isn't working as badly as it seems on paper.
 
Bentaleb coming on? I hope Tim is doing this as the right thing rather than a signal of intent (using the youngsters)
