Nacer Chadli

Swansea City are interested in signing Tottenham's Belgium international Nacer Chadli, Sky sources understand.

Chadli, 26, started the season as a mainstay in the Tottenham line-up but found his chances limited later in the season after the success of the Deli Alli and Erik Lamela partnership.

Tottenham bought Chadli for £7m from FC Twente in July 2013 and made 41 first-team appearances for the side last season.

With the way the market is at the moment i would be disappointed if we didn't get £15m for Chadli at the very least.
20 squillion, at least ! He's a proven EPL player, can score against the big boys too. Who'd we get to replace him ?

Gets alot of stick. Not half as bad a player as he is made out to be. He will thrive if the team is set up around him.

Unfortunately that is not the poch way

I always hope he can do a "Dembele" and change from an underachiever to a main man, if he does leave he'll do a good job for someone.

If Chaldi improved to the level of Dembele we would be talking about a deterrent calibre of player

Chadli actually reminds play wise of a certain Zlatan... and CHadli has the tools but not the attitude IMO... Imagine. If he had though.

So they baulk at £20m for chadli who's scored 25 goals and would do much better as key player. But pay £15.5m who for a spanish striker that could be an absolute failure which is too often the case. I like chadli, but he has cost us a lot of goals through stupid stuff, but happy if he stays. I guess like the others, if he stays he needs a new contract and pay rise.

Selling Chadli would be a mistake ( imo) because even if he does not start a game he is always handy off the bench, he can score goals and our bench so far this season has been very weak to say the least.
