Basically exactly this.
He's only 19 and Brighton have been easing him in. He'll be a starter within a few months. Not often I agree with GB, but he has all the tools to be a top player.

No the elite clubs wont be looking too closely at that market.
But the way we operate we should have been all over the markets that resulted in Brighton signing Mac Allister, Caicido, Mitoma, Encisco, Ferguson for a combined relative pittance.
That lot combined are now worth around £300m…………..

Post Paratici's appointment we have been doing a lot better in the market. We've been looking a little wider than we had been and getting some good results tbf.

Yep agree but there is a 6 to 7 year period where we massively took our eye off the ball, unsurprisingly it coincided with our recent decline.
