Don has this one wrong I think. Most legal heads I've read are saying this will hardly delay things, if at all, and it is actually a sign that the DOJ is planning to prosecute (or otherwise they would have just closed the case). And that this guy Smith they've put in place is no shrinking violet. I hope twitter stays alive until this happens.

I prefer to look on the bright side, the more of these the idiots buy the less money they have for ammo.
 
USA edging a little more towards banana republic territory with this whole house speaker spectacle. Wonder how long the small minority of right wing extremists will keep the House in stalemate. They certainly don't look like wanting Kevin McCarthy for the position.
