England and Belgium were drawn together in Group G along with Panama and Tunisia, while another battle of Spurs will take place in Group C as Christian Eriksen's Denmark face Hugo Lloris' and Moussa Sissoko's France. Australia and Peru join them in that pool.

Six members of our current first team squad have been capped by England in 2017 – Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Harry Kane, Danny Rose, Kieran Trippier and Harry Winks – while Toby Alderweireld, Mousa Dembele and Jan Vertonghen are all long-serving regulars for Belgium.

Meanwhile, Heung-Min Son and South Korea face a tough group involving Germany, Sweden and Mexico, while Davinson Sanchez's Colombia join Poland, Senegal and Japan in Group H. Erik Lamela's Argentina face Iceland, Croatia and Nigeria.

So how many of our (main) players are unlikely to be involved, even if just at squad level? Ben Davies obviously. That’s about it?

Vorm/Winks (maybe)/Sissoko/Lorente/lamela/Serge/Wanyama

I’m expecting Winks to be there. Sissoko in the France squad if he keeps getting games for us?
Lamela for Argentina.
Serge I’m not sure about. Wanyama obviously out, I forgot about him.
Even if they are all exceptions, we are still sending a lot of players to the WC.
