True enough, but as pointed out by Shearer and Dublin his movement as a main striker wasn't great in the first half. And that is partly an instinct/experience thing. He takes up positions where he isn't a threat or is unlikely to receive the ball. His control is good under pressure , but often poor when not. And he lacks that burst of pace over a short distance. so there is plenty to be concerned about. i really hope he gets a goal before being subbed off.
