Vincent Janssen

Yea this makes him a doubt for our next game let alone holland's. If he's fit enough to fly get him on the most cost effective EasyJet flight back to Tottenham.

FTFY, remember who's boss [emoji6]

Shame for Vinny though, hope there's no lasting effects.

He's not gonna be up to scratch this season. If he adapts, then it will be next year.

One way of looking at it though is that we are not creating chances, he could just be suffering as a result of this or he could be part of it (imo it's the former).

He was totally invisible in the first half, and his touch was bad. Much better in the second half. Chased and harassed the defenders, and he did incredibly well to get that shot of a cross under control and hit the target with the shot for an easy tap in for Winks. Unlucky for the penalty, as there were at least 6-7 similar situations that were worse, but didn't get punished. But he desperately needs a goal.

When he was side by side with Kane in 1st half it didn't really work at all IMO. When Kane dropped deeper in the 2nd it was far more effective. I wouldn't write this partnership off just yet as the team didn't really perform that well overall.

I think it was a pretty clear penalty and a bad one to give away. He still has a lot of adapting to do
True enough, but maybe he took his cue from the blatant one he should have been awarded first half but wasn't, when despite Howard Webb's biased analysis he was just as clearly on the receiving end.
