***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Monaco***

Are they still able to play because of their age, even if not in the squad? I don't know the rules for Champions League squads (ain't played FM for awhile!)
Winks and Onomah are included in the squad on "List B" on UEFA's website - therefore eligible. Also on List B: KWP, CCV, Shayon Harrison & Tom Glover.

From the OS;

Thanks to your tremendous support, we can announce that tonight's UEFA Champions League opener against AS Monaco at Wembley Stadium, connected by EE, is SOLD OUT!

What the hell is "connected by EE" supposed to mean? Is it some sort of commercial? The meaning is lost on me.

This bit is a bit cool though, although it feels a bit like cheating (a lot of "bits", apparently).

We can confirm that we have sold over 85,000 tickets and that tonight's attendance will therefore mark a new Club record for a home match, beating the 75,038 mark set in an FA Cup tie against Sunderland all the way back in 1938.

Edit - It's this brick. What a stupid thing to have to write about Wembley all the time. Modern fudging times, I guess.

The BIG difference tonight compared to all our other Wembley visits is it is gonna be 95% Spurs.

I don't doubt for a minute we will, BUT stick with the boys tonight, goal behind whatever....get behind them. See you there COYS

Bit skint at the moment - wife starting up a business and all that jazz. So, my soon to be 18y/o son buys me and him a champs league season ticket with his wages from his weekend job. That was really kind of him - it's been a few years since we've both been to a match together and going to WHL over the years has always been little bit of "our thing" (his brother is massive Rugby Union fan so I go to Twickers with him!), so tonight is going to be special to me in more ways than one. I've always said that if my either of my Son's want to go for a pint with their old Dad when they hit 18 then I've done my job well - I think him taking me to a historic night in our history trumps a pint down the local. #proud :')

I can't tell you how excited I am about tonight. COYFS!

This was up last night....looks fantastic! COYS!

On the train to London now...already been thanked by someone for absolutely no idea why. Now hoping to find a beers trolley to get the drinking underway.

Quite jealous. My stepson has hardly any interest in football whatsoever. Cars and Call of Duty are his passion
