Would love it if it was anything like the above design, absolutely despise the bowl design and was pleased they looked at the kop style stand from previous designs.

I would personally be more accepting of CPO's if it was market value + x%.
Whilst any rational person can see the need for them, they do leave a nasty taste in the mouth, for everyone concerned.
Truly truly hope and wish that with all the delays we have used the time productively to plan an awe inspiring stadium. I'll be gutted if we end up with something nondescript.

You know, I'd just want to be sure we get something big enough, and conducive to a vibrant atmosphere.
However, no reason why we can't use the opportunity and go for something iconic.

It wouldn't be. I live in a conservation area of listed buildings.
That's intentional so that there can't be any ugly new builds, no low-cost housing and no CPOs, etc. They don't regenerate this kind of area.
