*** Tottenham Hotspur vs Burnley *** FA Cup OMT ***

Ah, back to being ****. I did wonder if it was just a freak result against Chelsea, but everyone was fooled so convincingly I thouht maybe I was mental. But no. We are bad, like we have been 90% of the season, with barely anything to be positive about.

Oh lighten up its not that bad. In all comps and 5th in the league!!

I don't want us to lose, I just want the game to be won tonight. I think that a replay would be an inconvenience and would only serve to further block up our, already busy, footballing calendar.

Obviously it would be better to win tonight, but a replay is surely better than going out. Maybe we have to play our reserves, but at least it gives us a chance. Burnley will probably play a weakened side too if it is a midweek match between two Premier League-fixtures.

Loads of people on here were saying the same about Fazio six weeks back and Chadli last season. Let's give him the season and see what we think of him then.

Both of those players came with a reputation and showed flashes of brilliance even with not on form. I'm not even saying Stambouli can't be a backup for us but not sure why we bought him he looks completely average in every sense. As others have said he may last awhile though because we have others in his position that we need to shift on that are worth more money

I still think that it is sensible to give him the season and assess him once he has had a chance to settle.

We have a big enough squad to be able to cope with potentially 3 games in 7 days, at least we didn't lose, the old Spurs would've done

I love how people are making definitive statements on players' performances on a game that they cannot watch.

And even funnier when drawing conclusions that back up what else they have been saying recently

haha, true, but we've been terrible this season. Crazy lucky manager :)

I just feel being so avergae/bad most games we'll come unstuck when we come up against anything good int he cups, and slowly slip away in the league. Then what are we left with? I just want to see PROGRESS... it's so disheartening watching us!
