***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur v Hull City, Saturday 1st February 15:00

I don't like the look of that central midfield at all. Not sure what Bentaleb has shown to be an automatic starter. Although I guess Dembele is out.

Not convinced by that line up at all to be fair. Hope it works out better in reality than it looks on paper.

Agreed.

Will Soldado get on the scoresheet today.

He looked good previously, showing some nice touches but did miss some sitters. Think he just needs one and will go on a run.

I think Tim has made his point by playing Bentaleb in a few games, but I think he is now being stubborn by playing him every week. He should be playing experienced players now as every game in the League is very important. I'm not sure if Bentaleb is ready to be playing every week at this level.
I think your right. TS has made a point of playing him, and we have seen that he has the ability. But he got bruised in the City game and I think TS has put him in to get his confidence back. Not saying its right, but he is TS's project and I think its his way of getting him back on track. :-k 4-1 to the mighty spurs

I think its a logical line up. Its a big game for Bentaleb and Paulinho. If they can play in the wide men and defend well, we will win. Serious amounts of talent in our team. I can not wait!

Ladies untwist your knickers and be thankful for our talented albeit inexperienced team.

I actually think it's the team we should have put out (though I would have played Ade on the left and moved Eriksen back into a CM trio).

Capoue vs Bentaleb is the only decision to make and, as mentioned above, without the presence of Livermore, this is one of the games I'm happy to see Bentaleb given a run.

Holtby, Capoue, Lamela, Chadli and Soldado. The first two most publicly, the second two appeared to be aggitating for moves through their agents and Soldado has replaced Defoe on **** splinters duty.

Errr werent these players purchased by Baldini et al? So theyre not technically AVB players.

There's no denying that Lennon was quiet on Wednesday but so were the other two behind Ade. I think that the problem, as much as anything, was that we were pressed so well by City that we just couldn't get the ball to them.

I think that looking at more than just the single game, Lennon is doing fine at the moment and has been one of our best players since Sherwood took over.

It's not just a single game though. He has gone off the boil again after a brief resurgence under Sherwood. I think we need a big game from him today flying down the flank and creating chances not one of his anonymous efforts again or Andros should come straight in when fit.

Wow. One for the record books. GB agrees with TS shocker.

I'm intriqued by what type of paulinho we see here. The full of tricks one we saw before his injury or the limited player we saw under avb.
