Internet at home is broke and don't know when it will be fixed. Only plus side to missing Breaking Bad is that I will be free from possible spoilers
 
Old episodes of Breaking Bad will be aired in their entirety in the days leading up to the finale of the show.

AMC has confirmed that it will air every episode of the Emmy-winning drama in the lead-up to the series finale on Sunday, September 29.

Viewers in the US will see the penultimate episode of the drama tomorrow evening (September 22). Then, from Wednesday (September 25), AMC will show the first four seasons in sequence back-to-back every day, until Friday (September 27).

On Saturday (September 28), the network will begin airing the final season, leading up to the 75-minute finale on Sunday (September 29)

There will be a live Talking Bad episode after the series finale has aired which will feature creator Vince Gilligan, stars including Aaron Paul and RJ Mitte, and fan of the show Jimmy Kimmel.

It was reported earlier this week that Netflix was close to picking up the recently-commissioned prequel series to Breaking Bad.

The show, titled Better Call Saul, centres around Walter White's lawyer Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk).

I'm a huge fan, but they should have ended it a couple of seasons ago. This season has been poor. When you watch the first 4 seasons then watch anything from season 6 onwards you really do notice a difference in quality in terms of storytelling. The calibre of guest stars has dipped significantly too.

True. I'd agree about the deterioration in quality but it's still sad to reach the end of an era, the end of a great character.

The best series was, in my mind, the Trinity Killer series. That was the high point for the show and, although it's come close, the rest has had trouble living up to it.

I'm just pleased that I've just started watching Breaking Bad and the new season of Supernatural is just around the corner.

Then again, Supernatural is past it's best sadly too. Hmm

I agree it's sad that it won't be on our screens anymore. I know Bryan Cranston is fantastic in Breaking Bad and he deservedly wins awards galore, but Michael C Hall is equally as good if not better in Dexter, he should have won at least 1 Emmy by now. To make a serial killer likeable must be pretty hard going as an actor.

I have. What were they thinking? Won't post any spoilers but the ending from season 6 came a season too late. Two seasons too many. Breaking Bad has shown how it should be done. 5 seasons, not too many but just right as some shows don't go on long enough (yes I'm looking at you Ricky Gervais) but it actually improves every season which is incredible. Dexter improved until season 5 which was good but not close to season 4. Will be sad to see one of my favourite shows and title character of all time go but what a **** way to go out :(
 
Breaking Bad is on a different planet.

I actually CAN NOT wait until the last episode, I have no idea how they're going to fit everything in.
 
This second half of season five BB is great television - not the shows biggest fan but it has me gripped for the finale
