Etienne Capoue

Total beast today, breaks up play so well and he is absolutely massive. Did fade a bit later on but we have a superb player on our hands.

Ok I think Dembeles passing is of course better and was better. Having said that im of the belief and always have been that movement is the key to a good pass, it makes the pass and at times we were a touch stationary.

I dont think the passing, based on early showings from what I have seen, is a strong point of his. His shooting definately isnt haha
 
I laughed out loud when he just bulldozed through De Guzman today. He can pick a pass and get past people.. but if he can't get past you he will just go through you!:lol:

Yeah, absolutely...not only that, I love his temperament and attitude/presence. Quiet, calm, almost graceful but strong like a dozen bulls...it is a huge mystery to me why the gooners did not ever sign him despite watching him as he is so utterly moulded in a Viera/Diaby way...what a potentially excellent player.

What I like abut him is that he is efficient and generally moves the ball quickly and to the right places...and his power!

he got a a 40 yard low drive on target when I saw a lot of others hit theirs to row zz

yeah but De Guzman was asking for it. Dr Capoue just giving him back a taste of his own medicine!
 
Have to assume it's a break, thankfully we have Sandro coming back.

I thought he looked decent, nothing amazing today. Some poor passing
