*** Tottenham Hotspur vs Liverpool OMT ***

Liverpool finally beat a decent team above them in the table??? nice to see Tottenham obliging

The most ridiculous thing is most of it is being blamed the player brought into the team. Even though Walker and Defoe ballsed up its Livermore that is getting the abuse.

Damn straight. What did Livermore do wrong? Sure, he was a bit lightweight against Liverpool's midfield: occasionally getting caught flat-footed being an example. But he was no worse than Parker was, and certainly didn't make any of the three errors that cost us the game, given that I consider Walker's failure to adequately cover Enrique for the first an error.

Exactly. Misses a pen in his last game, needs to score his next to resume confidence......gets it against us. In the script yet again.

I'm so annoyed at Walker and Defoe there's no need WHATSOEVER to play those 2 passes.

Still not sure about Lloris, he is great at coming off his line and sweeping up. But sometimes find myself think Brad would have saved that

When you come off your line so far like he does you're always taking a bit of a risk, but the number of times he saves us because of it makes it a risk worth taking for me.

Only critiscm of Lloris is he should've smashed it into the face of a Liverpool supporter rather than trying to be flash.

At 2-1 thought we looked in control until walker costs us again. But we lost 3-2 at Anfield which is no disgrace thinking of their form and our injurys. It's not like we have squad depth as good as a Man united/city or chelsea. We're missing kaboul, Sandro, Lennon, Dempsey and Adebayor. That's the core of a very good side and we lost at Anfield to some individual errors. We could have got a point or three without those errors which just goes to show even with those mentioned out we can compete with one of the in form teams in the league.

staying on the line for Walkers pass, he obviously would have had a better opportunity at saving Downings effort but he didn't take the risk. Sure he fudged up big time and cost us a goal but he's saved us a lot too this season.

I do remember him fudging up at home to Liverpool too though, but Henderson missed.

Absolutely, very good points mate.

On balance i feel we outplayed Liverpool, as stated, a few individual errors cost us sorely today. But in terms of overall shape/structure and cohesion the team we're incredibly astute. The way we played seemed tactically set up to nullify their threats which worked, on another day we would have bagged 3 points. Bear in mind guys no other team has gone to anfield this season and played liverpool of the park as well as we did throughout the game. Roll on inter milan coys!!

its the weirdest thing, in the midst of all this heart ache i find myself curiously looking at what seems to be beautiful muslim women on the top banner...thinking "oh yeah...but hold on , the hooker on the right? how is that right in Islam? " giving the sensual , extremely flirtatious come get me for me body look.....all to get a good muslim husband i believe

but anyway...great game and unlucky result....Milo was right all along

Ade would have done little today, given his contributions over the last few months. Kaboul, I'm not sure about. How good will he be after his injury? And Dempsey's a useful asset to throw on, but we did fine without him against Arsenal, Inter et al.

We definitely, definitely missed Lennon today. And we've been desperately missing Sandro ever since he got injured. Sigh.

Apparently some teams choose to play with eleven men, one of them being this 'striker' bloke who runs around and scores goals up front and all that. We should try that sometime.

We don't need one of those apparently. Just need someone up there who runs about and "occupies defenders".
