I mean they show ex players when Spain, France and Argentina play but they usually only show them once or twice. I’ve always thought Beckham’s fame doesn’t align with his footballing ability.

He owns part of inter Miami and it was in Miami
It’s how the Americans broadcast
They always want cleaned because it’s a big thing there and he is a huge one, globally

Even in this country he’s treated like a GHod, but he’s been surpassed in terms of performances for England by Kane, Bellingham, Owen and Rooney.

Its not really much of a conundrum though really. Great footballer, nice bloke, good looking, marketable.....keeps himself active and relevant in the game with stuff like Miami etc.
