Assuming Van Heck is open to signing for Spurs, what is the max we should pay for him? £55m? £60m? £65m?
Do his attributes mean that he is worth more to us than he would be to other clubs?

Given his contract length....I don't think you'd want to be paying anymore than £50m.

30m is a lot for a loan fee, because not even we are stupid enough to sell the kid right now with his value constantly rising

If they want 70 million and arent budging, we should call their bluff and pull out, telling them we will offer 30 mill in January, or get him for free next year.
