Calvert-Lewin is a different player tonight
What we need up front (the type of player). Doesn't even need to be good, I reckon Chris Wood could do a decent job in our set upCalvert-Lewin is a different player tonight
Have you watched Ange's teams anywhere else? You're miles offWhat we need up front (the type of player). Doesn't even need to be good, I reckon Chris Wood could do a decent job in our set up
He's a good player, just injured all the timeCalvert-Lewin is a different player tonight
I've watched our team and it's obvious that with a forward who can occupy the centre backs and hold up the ball we'd be a better team.Have you watched Ange's teams anywhere else? You're miles off
He would score plenty playing in an attacking sideWhat we need up front (the type of player). Doesn't even need to be good, I reckon Chris Wood could do a decent job in our set up
We need a technically proficient striker for the system to work properly. Part of this includes holding the ball up. But it also involves controlling it, turning, making passes, being involved in intricate attacking triangles etc.I've watched our team and it's obvious that with a forward who can occupy the centre backs and hold up the ball we'd be a better team.
We also put in a load of crosses with nobody in the 6 yard box.
A direct attacking side sure, not one that requires technical precision. He would score plenty playing in an attacking side
We’re crying out for a big lumpWe need a technically proficient striker for the system to work properly. Part of this includes holding the ball up. But it also involves controlling it, turning, making passes, being involved in intricate attacking triangles etc.
We don't need a big lump.
Its almost time to lump on a late flukey United winner
Ange ball isn’t about precision for the CFA direct attacking side sure, not one that requires technical precision.
So?? Did you?
Wrong. His strikers at Celtic were Maeda and Furuhashi. Both 5'7ish and technically sound. We’re crying out for a big lump
A player who occupies centre backs
When I’ve seen Ange ball I’ve not noticed the main attacker being intricate. I have however seen them work the box
YeahWrong. His strikers at Celtic were Maeda and Furuhashi. Both 5'7ish and technically sound.
Weak league, that old chestnut.. You sound like a YouTube WUM. Thought you were better than that.Yeah
But they stayed in the box
And it’s a weak league
Let see who Ange signs this summer
Sheffield are the worst team in the league by a long, long way. Still papers over the cracks. And another, 4-2. Was always asking too much for a miracle at 1-2
A striker that can score, hold the ball up, good passer, and get involved in intricate play? Not many strikers like that I can think of, maybe just your man at Bayern. We need a technically proficient striker for the system to work properly. Part of this includes holding the ball up. But it also involves controlling it, turning, making passes, being involved in intricate attacking triangles etc.
