Harry Kane MBE

If we spend the money on Tapsoba, Orban and Scott from Bristol City,if he hasn't already signed for Bournemouth , and I'll be fairly happy...

As others have said, Harry may not have ideally suited the high press style given his age so we'll just have to adapt... It may even make the other players stup up and take responsibility....

I'm still gutted to see Harry go as he would probably have scored plenty of goals this season....

The King has gone, long live the mighty and glorious Tottenham Hotspur.
..
And Scott has signed for Bournemouth, who culd well treble their money within a couple of years.

Depnding on how many years of the 4 he spends in Germany. If he sees out the contract returns August 2027 when he is 34. I doubt he will be banging in 20 a season possibly 10-15, he may need 3 full seasons to do it, but, I see him being like Teddy Sheringham and being able to play until he is 37/38, whether he can manage the PL at 36/37 is another matter
He will come back here in 2 years to play for Saudi Sportswashing Machine

Feel absolutely gutted, always hoped he might have a change of heart when it came down to it. What a special player he was for us, countless goals and memories. Pleased I got to take my daughter to her first game last week and she saw his final game and hat trick. Nice way to bow out but this is going to hurt.

Feel sorry for Ange, looked like a nice vibe was building up and he was saying all the right things. Hopefully it's not going to dampen the mood and affect our start to the season.

It gives Ange the opportunity to mould the team his way rather than having to mould it around Kane for what might only have been one season. Although I am sure he would have found a way to cope with having one of the world's best strikers on his hands. :)
Maybe also it will galvanise the rest of the team in one way to show we won't collapse just because Kane has left.

It is gutting that it has come to this. I understand that losing him now for a fee to go abroad rather than to a PL rival (with or without a fee) is probably the lesser of all evils but it is a real downer.
It has been a real privilege to watch him play and I wish him all the best.

Oh look @DubaiSpur is back. Something negative must have happened today.
Was thinking the same. He's been waiting for this moment for months, probably years, to have some "reason" to spew his negativity around, for something that was going to happen eventually, regardless of who owns us. We're getting over €100m for a player that has less than 1 year left. That's crazy! All teams sell players, many have sold their best player, and all of them are still here!

Agreed
It’s hurting because he is OUR hero
But the team can genuinely be better
Lots of our fans can’t see that right now
It’s football mourning
But in reality things can progress and change arguably quicker without the reliance on the brilliance that kane brings

Ange is the kind of manager who will not let us buy just anyone. I’ve read and heard that enough times
He likes young, hungry, mouldable players
The recent links with Eze seem sensible
Gift Orban is a no brainer for me
Buy another top CB like Tapsosba… yes please
There is real scope for this to become a positive for us and Kane now which is how I’d like to think he would see it too
He gets his guaranteed German medals and we go forward as a club

Hahahahahahahhahahahahah as if Levy will spend the cash, not a fudging chance
We will be scrambling around on Deadline Day trying to desperately buy players on the cheap

Include the Porro and Kulu fees into this windows budget and it seems unlikely we will spend much more, we really need to fudging sell the dead wood now.

That doesn’t change his underlying point that the club has won one league cup in 22 years of enic ownership.
