Antonio Conte - officially NOT the coach of THFC

Just a quality balanced CB pairing would work wonders

Toby and jan were as good a piaring as you could find, still couldn't get us over the line.
Loved jan, but ultimately he still falls into the same box as the rest of them.
Its like England and Belgium, full of talent, but miss the final piece of the puzzle.

Jan was world class
Toby wasn’t as he was woeful in the air like Romero
Get a jan for Romero and we would instantly be better better

What about the 4 years they were motivated? Either way, there are barely any of those players left. It's a managers job in any walk of life to motivate. If Conte can't do that he shouldn't be getting close to the 15m he gets.

Given our trophy situation over the last 20 years, also begs the question why our chairman is the highest paid one in the PL.

We had a year of that team/first XI being peak - we then sold Walker and our midfield options were decimated through injuries to Dier Dembele and Wanyama - the only thing missing from that team was the time/luck for them to play together for more than a fleeting moment.

You don't know that, it just suits your agenda, which was obvious from when you started calling him clame.
He is a clam
No two ways about it
He has no fans at the ground anymore
And yeah it does suit my agenda
I want his toxicity out of my club
He doesn’t call it his club or his team and he never has… he think he is bigger and better than my club and he really isn’t
He is the Boris Johnson of football

Can't argue with that.
We don't have the pockets other clubs have to go out and replace four or five absolute key players.

I can’t be sure
But I can guarantee Sarr wouldn’t have given away the pen
And I can also guarantee by bringing on attacking subs we could have got on the front foot
Instead we had our whole team within a 20 yard box… daft
You actually can’t guarantee the second point at all. When a team is behind and chasing the game with nothing to lose then they’re unlikely to be forced onto the back foot. Yes the game could’ve become more open and end to end but I’m not sure that would’ve been a good thing with us leading.

We were leading but it was precarious because we stopped leaving our area
Motd did a great analysis on it. Well worth a watch to show how we became more and pre negative
And you can’t attack when you take the attackers off. I’d he wanted to play counter attacking he would players on the pitch that can play that way but he took two of them off

By whom? We're in a race for top 4. You think it helps the players? You think it endears him to the board? They are words to get himself sacked. No matter how much truth there is in them it doesn't help the team, the fans or the club.

Say them at the end of the season.

Do you think that Conte came out with that cold calculating and dispassionate or that he said what he thinks and feels.

He was hugely tinkled off and that came out. He’s been biting his tongue with the team for a while and now the players will have to respond.

They’ve seen off enough managers to sink a shop already though. Pretty sick of them myself.

We have players who do not have a true winning mentality. I said during Pochs time here it was big problem ( how many cup games did we lose under him?) i got a lot of disagrees at the time for saying that on here but it was true. Until we change that we will always struggle to progress.

You can be passionate without alienating yourself from the players, the club, the fans. You can also be self aware and know it is your job to motivate the players. If you can't get rid. We let dele go for nothing. Lo celso out, ndombelle out, reguillon, doherty, bergwijn, clarke, rodon.

Who has seen off enough managers? Richarlison? Romero? Forster? Kulu? Lenglet? Skipp? Porro?

You think our problem is son, kane, davies and lloris?

don’t know about you, but even if Conte or Jose managed to win us an FA cup, wi would still see those four years under Poch much more favourably.

The style of football was better. The atmosphere was better. That is what i want from the next manager. But i also want us to win something.
