I liked Erik Lamela before it was cool

What on earth is this post?

Whether people know the difference between right and wrong. Is it right to cheat? Yes or no. Most seem to think it's ok to cheat if you or your friends/interest benefits from it, I don't. The fact is once you let it go it just gets worse, its worrying that few can see this.

Accepting lamela don't mean your going out and robbing your neighbour

I would rather win the Champions league from a dive than going home as as loser proud but on the end of a dive

We can all see this.
It's just that we have been on the receiving end 100 times, so it is nice to get one back.
You should rail against the refereeing code, not Lamela.

I think you need to get a grip mate, asking whether someone is pro slavery because they're happy with a bit of play acting on the football pitch. Talk about a false equivalence

its professional sport, it’s not real life, the only thing that matters there is winning

This is pointless you fail to see what he did was wrong, making excuses for what has happen in the past is an hopeless argument. I've know for a long time sports fans have little idea of the meaning of sport and just see winning is everything. No point in rules or respect just let teams batter one an other and last man standing wins.

It's interesting what different people see as "cheating".

To me there's a difference between overreacting to a real foul that should be punished and simulation.

Going down easily, going down to fouls that wouldn't ever bring a footballer to the ground, happens every game. Is that cheating?

Shirt pulling isn't allowed I think, it happens every game. Is it cheating?

Obstructing a free kick isn't within the rules I think, would it have been cheating to stand in front of the ball or kick it away five yards before Kane played in Son?

Unless someone manages to produce a genocidal answer to these questions a comparison to slavery is irrelevant.

Eric simply handed off Martial who was holding him. Martial responded with a premeditated upper cut to the face.

I'm not biased, honest.

Erik will always have a special place in most Spurs supporters hearts because he always gives his all for the club.

Exactly this I was watching with the world feed commentary. PES's Jon Champion and Jim Beglin didn't even raise the issue of a potential red.
Then I flicked over to hear Neville on Sky MUTV Event later and he wanted Lamela off.

If Lamela had elbowed Martial. Martial would have went down like every other player.

You wouldn't go down if you were punched in the chin? Stick your head out and I'll have a swing for you.

You might have missed that Goatleaf was joking....Unless I've missed you joking here too....ah...who knows good stuff all round.

Surely its down to refs and VAR to run the game and call the cheating and us just to enjoy the wins as fans.

As for comparisons to slavery that's odd
