Well done Spurs. Proper backs=to=the-wall stuff in the 2nd half. Confidence-boosting win to make things a little rosier for a few days

Thought we started sloppy. Aurier's indiscipline and Hugo's utter unprofessionalism really looked like it would bring the whole thing down.

But fudge me, did we look solid second half. Very, very impressed. Kane was outstanding, Eriksen tired but was good, Rose improved hugely and Lamela was great. I take my hat off to the players on the pitch second half. They all put in a proper shift and showed a lot of discipline.

@milo Lamela by a long long way

Rose and Sissoko were ok, everyone else was poor

exempting Dier and Wanyama as they came on so late

I guess it's a pyschological thing, but seeing Dier patrolling infront of the back four gave me a sense of security. N'Dombele and Winks both still left gaps behind and tried to play it out when they shouldn't have. Dier just stood in there, kept it simple, pressured when he was meant to and seemingly calmed it down.

Big win and very relieved. Not happy with the diamond persistence but I’m not gonna whinge today...

Just happy we won, that’s enough

That's my point, with the other two your never know will it be a pass, a turn, a dribble. You want someone in there who's boring and simple just keeping it ticking along for the moment.

A well fought 3 points. However, this was a less than optimal way of winning, ahead of our game vs Bayern. All the players running themselves into the ground.
Crucial 3 points though. No real stand out players (positively) today. This was a team effort, but I think Son was good in the first half, and Eriksen was working tirelessly throughout the game.
So @milo Eriksen and Son for me

I wanted to see us win and honestly thought that today was going to be a good performance. It was a good performance in the end, just not the way I thought it would be.

Lloris is an idiot, but atoned with 2 good saves.
Aurier is an idiot, but we all knew that. What a flucking twant.
The referee was TERRIBLE. Graham Stack. Total twack,
Eriksen was awful in terms of tackles, pressing, passing, he did run quite a lot but by GHod he was poor.

Everyone else decent.

Winks clearly the MoM @milo, he was everywhere, left wing right wing defence attack, brilliant effort from him
