The summer before we were touting him all over the place via the media.

I don't remember that but fair enough.

I think that Sissoko is a symptom of our failure to rebuild rather that he cause. I think that he's back up when everyone is fit and up and running. I'd prefer better but it wouldn't be my first priority.

I think that we need to see how we play once we know what his new team looks like and the new players are up to speed. Dele was a big miss today too.

I think that you are just projecting your opinions onto the players with talk of inspiration and mojo. Go back and look at his and the players responses to the City and Ajax CL results last season. It is clear that he has a very strong bond with the players and that he can get great performances out of them.

Not having that. Everyone can be excited when we fluke results. Neither of those games were great performances. It is in adversity - like today - when we need to stand tall. We didn't.

An utter brickshow.

Ridiculous heat, so trains unbearable.

A numpty serving food in one of The Grill bars gave me a fecking Chicken Tikka Masala pie when I ordered a veggie one (being veggie). I only noticed when I’d eaten a third of it.

They ran out of bottled water in the North Stand by half time and it was like a sodding sauna in the stadium bowl.

The first train from WHL Station to Liverpool Street was cancelled after the game so everyone shoved on to one train - well over 100 degrees on there. Dangerously hot and we crawled along the whole sodding way.

And, on top of all of that, we were served up that complete gonads on the pitch.

AAAAARRRGGGGGH!

Depressing result and performance today - i thought we'd be able to put last seasons poor form behind us with the full summer off and starting afresh in the new stadium, hope it's just a blip

When you look objectively at all three games this season, it has been poor overall in every game.

Nice. I had a BBQ today so it's been Birra Moretti all day. That match nearly made me open a bottle but I'll lose tomorrow if I do

Bank Holiday, so not worried about tomorrow but I'll be woken by my son jumping on my head at half five tomorrow morning.

Having a few beers after that.
