Yes, complete no brainier and even as a financial transaction you’re buying a £40m asset for £20m. If he wants a release clause then fine - £80m. From a footballing perspective, it’s in a position which we desperately need to strengthen and he fits the mould of players we sign (young, not yet a regular international etc etc)
