If having to place a bit of cotton over your face is the biggest challenge you face in life, you're in no place to complain.

I agree but with temperatures rising here in summer, I’m glad I don’t have to wear it as much anymore. Seems like the rules are now requiring them on public transport. The next six months in England is no reason to complain though, when it’s cold masks are a blessing. Plus the amount of anti vax whackjobs in the UK means it’s actually necessary.

Do you reckon if anybody dies within 28 days of taking the vaccine they will have their death labelled as Vaccine Death ??

I'm not sure vaccines kill people but I know Covid does.

I am used to them now, managed a couple of runs with one on as a test. I remember going to Mecca in 2009 for the first time and seeing scores of Indonesians all wearing them constantly and thinking they were absolutely bonkers but it will be the norm for most folk now.

Hasn't there been a massive drop in flu and cold cases generally?
Or are we worse off losing our immunity to flu and colds if we stop them circulating?

Flu hasn’t existed this year - I believe at last check there was about 400 (start of sept) flu deaths in the U.K. Yearly average is 14k

But you can’t look at figures fully till end of year

Or people that would have died of flu have died of corona,

as pointed out above - to a point you want to catch some of these bugs to keep the immune system ticking over.

So you don't think distancing and mask wearing has anything to do with it. I think we can hypothesise that it does. Flu is less lethal than Corona and less contagious.
