Lol. I don’t rate him that highly but think I just have a prejudice against lanky strikers - I always feel they aren’t in control of the outcome and the things that do come off are more luck than judgement !
His record was decent this season, so he’ll have plenty of non CL suitors in the prem I’d have some respect for him to choose to play somewhere rather than earn more sitting on cheatksi’s bench.

guess we will see with him
I agree I think he is more a right place right time player rather than own with many facets to his game
I do wonder of Werner will be an out and out striker though as I genuinely don’t think his finishing is any better than Abraham’s and he isn’t a hold up player form what I’ve seen. He is quick though
Chelsea are losing Pedro and William but they do suddenly have a lot of wide players

I watch him and he doesn’t seem to excel at anything
The same can be said for Davies but at least Davies can play CB
Doesnt mean he isn’t decent but He is for me another hyped out of proportion

I think he is a bit more dynamic going forward than Davies. I must say that I haven't really seen that much hype at all around Chilwell, I always thought he went under the radar as being a very good fullback. I think I remember saying on here that he would be a good signing for us a good few years ago now.

He would have been a few years ago
Now he is at premium price he really isn’t worth it

I think he's a top LB and would like him at Spurs. However, setting aside personality defects, I also rate Alonso so I'm not sure that its a massive upgrade in terms of Chelsea's starting 11. Chilwell would be their LB for the next decade though
