Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal OMT

They dominated possession against Sunderland too.
Didn't do them any good.
If we play 442 with quick attackers we will destroy them on the break.
I think we'll beat them regardless of formation.

That was Sunderland. Now they're playing Spurs. And they'll always be fired up for that. Whatever Wenger's other faults (and he has several), he at least gets this right every time. So we can't compare the two.

The thing is I have only been a spurs fan since 1994, and before the carling cup victory against them I can only remember 2 wins for us. That is why I'm pessimistic, no wonder how bad their form was recently they always turned their game up for us.

Dilemma. If Rafa is out, how do we choose to line up?

I don't personally want to see us go 4-4-2 against the scum at their patch.

Ideal scenario if everyone fit would be:

-------------------Freidel--------------------
Walker------Kaboul--------King--------Ekotto
-------------------Sandro-------------------
------------Parker--------Modric-------------
------VdV-------------------------Bale------
-----------------Adebayor-------------------

If VdV out, and Sandro out then:

-------------------Freidel--------------------
Walker------Kaboul--------King--------Ekotto
------------Parker--------Modric-------------
----Lennon---------VdV------------------Bale
------------------Adebayor------------------

If we go behind and are chasing the game, Saha and Ade up top, Lennon and Bale, left and right wing.

So, WTF happens if VdV really is out?

I've never seen an arsenal side as brick as this in my 31 years.
They have no backbone or leadership.
