Talking of aggression and duels.
I just watched Cheatski absolutely destroy Barca.
Yamal hardly got into the game because Cheatski were just flying around making challenges, bullying Barca into the advertising boards, sprinting and sprinting and playing very smart, with risk, willing to poke a ball through with 3 or 4 bursting forwards, annoyingly well drilled.

Remember that the Cheatski fans wanted Maresca sacked a few months ago, because he didn't have a clue and was super boring.

He's got 18 months. I'll then decide if i want to keep him or not.

Not that my decicision means anything.

If he lasts 18months then he will have done some things right which is what we need from him or any manager

The same people criticising Ange and telling us it wasn't the players are now saying after we have improv d the squad with Kudus, Simons and Muani that what we are seeing is to be expected it's simply hypocritical.

I think this is slightly unfair. We would have an improved squad on last year if we had those 3 players plus Solanke, Madders and Kulu. Otherwise it's just 3 new players chucked in at the deep end, 2 of whom have no experience of the PL.

I think the difference was I could see us gradually playing better as more games were played.not immediately, but it was there. The bigger difference is Franks squad is way stronger than what Poch inherited (remember,the stars were not stars yet)

When Poch arrived Dembele and Lamela were not successful signings. Remember, out of the Bale money, only one player was considered a real success - Eriksen. Adebayor was Adebayor - only worked until deal made permanent.

Frank has had more established players including Richy already scoring more goals for Frank than Adebayor did for Poch.

We all have our own opinions for who started with a better squad, but for the players who they were even the managers started, for me Frank has the better team.
