The Official 2023/24 Premier League Thread

I will totally guarantee when we vist the first weekend in April. They will press and chase everything like their lives depend on it, absolutely no way will they turn in a display like that

East Ham United would have put up a better fight than that

West Ham are so poor that even Saliba and Gabriel in my fantasy team doesn't come close to jinxing them. 24 points for the two of them, lol.

United 8pts behind Villa but can still finish in the Top 4. Villa and Tottenham 7pts off top but cant win the league.

Like I said last week, if United were in our place or Villa's, they would still be in the title race. Saying that, its probably best if we are left of the media talk, no added pressure and just let what will be, will be.

Looking at the weekend results/performances I have to admit 4th is probably the best would could probably achieve unless we can put Arsenal to the sword again to close the gap to 2

My worry is whether we can get anything from the trips to Villa, Saudi Sportswashing Machine; Liverpool and no doubt Chelsea

Gabriel gets an annoying amount of goals. They get goals from all over the pitch which is worrying. And they can keep a clean sheet.

I am tempted to stick Saka in just to stop him scoring, but no doubt if I did it would just mean Martinelli or Jesus would chip in instead

Got whatever reason even their fans don't hate Arsenal. Many times in the Wenger era they used to celebrate an Arsenal win over us as if they were playing. They just hate Spurs and are apathetic to Arsenal so it's easy for them to turn in brick performances against them.

It’s quite perplexing. I get that spurs and West Ham are relatively close proximity wise and have a lot of fans inter mingling in London, Herts and Essex but there must be a lot of Arsenal fans in West Ham country (Essex and the surrounding areas) as well. And Finsbury Park/Highbury & Islington are closer to West Ham than Tottenham is. And they’re a London club and the most successful at that. Purely for that reason you’d think every other London club would hate them just out of jealousy.

Rasmus scores again for United. In a run of form now.

Hope Ange is watching and taking notes, Kamara is having a stinker v Slabhead
