What? You mean putting a mattress over the front door and getting under the kitchen table (as government leaflets and TV ads at the time suggested) wouldn’t have saved me from a nuclear bomb?

you tell me how the hell you run a farming operation without offering a potential profit?

Every year that industry digs out incredible efficiencies whilst left facing the forces of international markets for machinery, tech, chemicals, fert and fuel as well having to account for environmental challenges and legislation.

The only thing the state is effort one at is collecting taxes and redistributing excess to its clients.

Countries like Canada, the States and Ukraine have the land for growing crops we do not.

The only lense you appear to have, is the one that looks backwards. And it's certainly not rose coloured, that we do know.

Drogan was trying to return to the UK undetected, documenting the multi-million-pound people-smuggling infrastructure operating across northern France. The investigation exposes every link in the smuggling chain, from the initial contact with organised smuggling gangs advertising on TikTok, through the well established Dunkirk and Calais “jungles”.

Drogan captured rare, high-tension footage of drug usage in camps and chaotic scenes, women trapped on overcrowded dinghies, and heavily armed Gendarmes aiming guns towards migrants and chauffeuring smugglers.

Drogan believes that findings from this investigation raises many questions surrounding the French and British authorities' inability to deal with this crisis.
