Cabaye would cost you more than what you are getting for Modric.

Saudi Sportswashing Machine manager Alan Pardew is facing a fight to hold on to Yohan Cabaye as Barcelona show interest in the midfielder.
Cabaye had a superb season after joining Saudi Sportswashing Machine for £4.3million on a five-year deal from Lille last summer and played for France at Euro 2012.

Attracting attention: Saudi Sportswashing Machine midfielder Yohan Cabaye has plenty of admirers

Barca had been considering a move for Cabaye's international team-mate Yann M'Vila from Rennes but are now weighing up an £8m swoop for the Magpies star.
M'Vila appeared to be heading for Arsenal earlier in the summer but Arsene Wenger's interest looks to have cooled.
Gunners boss Wenger has been monitoring the situation of Etienne Capoue at Toulouse.

Good luck to Saudi Sportswashing Machine

But Sigurdsson is going to shoot you down.

4-2 to the mighty Spurs.

Personally I have major scoring concerns. I will be happy with a draw at SJP if you ask me right now.

Two absolutely top quality signings could be the difference between having a good season or dropping into 6th or 7th.

If we can be positionally sound, the defenders at our disposal are very athletic and quick. Walker, Kaboul, Verts and Ekotto. Hopefully they will be perfect to play this high line pressing game.

I really do miss Ledley already. Can't believe he's played his last game for us.

Our goal threat will come from Sig, VdV, Defoe and Bale. Hope Lennon has an absolutely blinding season for us.

COME ON YOU SPURS

Could it be because they are the two slowest players in our squad? If it is it would be a shame

VDV and Kane are hardly speed demons though

VDV is quick enough, but more importantly his footballing brain is super fast. Kane is only there because there is noone else.

As it stands, Dawson won't play unless two of Gallas/Kaboul/Vertonghen are out IMO and I would like us to give Caulker a place on the bench whenever possible.

I wonder if that is what AVB would have done at Chelsea, got rid of Terry too. I mean the fact he's "Mr. Chelsea" and "Pwopa Captain" etc. he couldn't really do it, I doubt Abromovich would even of allowed it. He was mainly the reason the high back line didn't work, fudge me, remember the Arsenal game and that slip? lol.

The fact we don't really have any billy big bollox in our team, he has the say in who he wants out of squads against certain teams.

Chelsea weren't exactly blessed with our surplus of CBs though. If they had gotten Cahill in the summer I think things would have been different.

True but they still had the likes of Alex who was still better than everything they had at the time. He must of really tinkled AVB off.
