Wimmer must be out of favour (am I missing a story), we are a level or two down with Dier having to keep dropping into CB at present.

I dont get it either we look quite stable with wimmer in the team and dier is a better midfielder then wanamaya.

Given his performance in front of goal, I'd suggest passing to Wanyama in that position was probably a mistake.

Difficult to blame Kane, we get 30 yards from goal and pass it back.
What's the bet that 30 yards from so tons goal Hugo has ended up with the ball more times than harry.

Despite not being scintillating, we had Eriksen and Alli have 2 or 3 shots, decent half chances, Wanyama almost score a goal Messi would be proud of. What a tackle to deny him. We have done okay, just have to smash the ball in. Better final balls, better finishing, but it is hard - Southampton defending well as we knew they would.

Cant really see Nkoudou or Janssen changing much in this game. Would consider Son for Dembele if we dont get a goal in the next 15-20 mins and then play Eriksen deeper

wenger would have sold him at the end of last season, he had a good year so his stock was high but it was obvious with his injuries it would be his high point that he would not reach again.
