** OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Brentford **

If this is going to be how we're going to play for the rest of the season, we might as well get a new coach in in the summer. fudge me, we're cursed, aren't we.

Unfortunately Conteball is not enjoyable to watch. If it guaranteed a trophy within 18 months I would accept it (to get the monkey off our back), but sadly there are no guarantees and I dont see how we can win anything playing like this, week-in, week-out

We have played like this multiple times even with Bentancur in the team, I don’t think he changes much.
Yeah ok , him on his own won't change that much as there are too many other poor players and weaknesses in the team, nearly all defensively but he's a lot better than Holbjerg for example , so it's a start.

So they stick to that formation throughout the game and no one moves out of position at all? You are taking the graphics of the formation far too literally.
No your saying our wing backs aren’t playing in midfield
But theirs are
It’s either one or the other for both sides from what I can see

Does this game put to bed the silly idea that all problems with our side sprout directly from Emerson Royal's boot?

Far too often I've seen and even had discussions where the argument that somehow Emerson's presence means that none of the other players are capable of the basics.

We just aren't as good as we want to be and as good as we need to be.

I did enjoy it being Royals fault that Sess couldn’t put in a decent cross from the left.
