Seems like those are direct quotes - which rule him out.

Were he to say all that then join us I'd question his morale fibre to be honest.
 
Weird thing is all his comments last week made it sound like he was desperate to come.

I'm not anti-Levy at all, but perhaps our offer wasnt overly compelling? Maybe he didnt get the control over transfers which he was after?

Very disappointing if true. I said last week that I wanted Slot but thought we might end up with Potter...

So its no from us to Poch, Nagelsmann - who knows, we've had a 'not interested' from Kompany, Enrique and now Slot

No chance of de Zerbi

So its Amorim, Potter, Rodgers, Ange P. Or maybe Levy goes back for JN?

...but with Potter and Rodgers available for nothing, I think Levy heads in that direction

the key is a philosophy that allows for relevant recruitment. It has to be off a system not a coach. That needs a DOF and a structure. Pool had that. Brighton had that. Both have just lit big players in their clubs who managed that. So what they do next is gonna be interesting
