There's a lot of Forest fans on twitter thinking they're the big boys now off the back of that finish. Add to that the business with Palace and
as much as I like Nuno, the man, I'm feeling petty and I hope they get relegated.

No need to take it like that. If we are being honest their owner is acting exactly like we'd want ENIC to do if someone came in for one of our players. It's just business. If we can't get him, we move on. I think he's a good player and we need a player to add depth in that position but context is his output in his best season for Forest is less than half of Maddison's average output for Leicester.

The ITK rumour was that City enquired and were told 80m because they didn't know about the release clause, and City didn't go through with it (but perhaps they agreed terms with MGW at that time).
Naughty.
And then we stole in with a 60m bid because we had knowledge of the release clause.
Naughty.

Yes and no. We called out chelsea and utd over modric and berba. We should always hold out for yhe best deal for the club.
But if the club signed a player and had a release clause in the contract. They should honour it.
We have fudged over clubs in the past though. Paying more for kulu and less for bentancur to knock the uraguayan club a bit of sell on. Vorm and siggurdson think was the same.
