They're my top two too. It is hard to look beyond a striker who has scored a goal every 89 minutes over a season.
 
Wow this is really hard, all the above have really had great seasons. Verts has been our best defender and hardly put a foot wrong, Wanyama has been a beast in our CM and one of our best signings, as for Kane he getting better and better and i was tempted to vote for him, Son has probably been our most improved player this season.

No matter who i vote for i could make a good argument for picking someone else.

In the end i have decided to give it to Eriksen, he is the heart beat of our team and we rarely play as well when he is not there.
 
Who will present the award to the winner, and what is the award? Do we have a golden rooster to give to the winner? :D

A very, very hard choice:
1. Wanyama
2. Kane
3. Eriksen
4. Vert
5. Alli
6. Toby
7. Son
8. Rose*

Rose is 8th only because he missed a lot due to his injury. Otherwise, he would have been higher.
 
Wanyama for me, although Kane, Alli and Vertonghen all could've gotten it as well. Toby and Rose (had he not gotten injured) as well, for that matter.
 
Hard not to vote for Kane.

However, to try and argue against him it would be interesting to see our win % when he was out of the team compared to Verts, Toby and Wanyama at various times. Although, wanyama didn't miss many games.
 
Kane >Eriksen >Wanyama for me.

Harry No.1 for the goals, Christian No.2 for creativity (all I ever want when I'm watching Spurs is for someone to pass him the ball), Victor for holding the middle and being a beast!

Big honourable mention for Dele as well. What a player he is for his age. And Sonny for realising his potential. and the rest of them!
 
Amazing that that shortlist has to exclude Dembele, Walker, Lloris and Dier, each of whom has also had a superb season. Even squad players like Davies and Winks deserve some sort of recognition.

To pick out any individual seems just wrong, so I'm not even going to try. If this season has been anything it has been a TEAM. A magnificent team whereby each individual member has been outstanding and given his all for the cause every step of the way.

I think that Winks would be a shoe in for the young player of the year.

We run a tight ship here. He's been a first team player here and at MK Dons for a number of season now and is up for the main award, so would be excluded from the young player gong. You can choose between Winks, Wimmer, Janssen, GKN and Onomah.
