They are a fudging mess, how many of those players would incoming manager want? how many can they actually move on with the stupid wages they have?

People can put down Man U players and the club as a whole as much as they want, the vast majority of managers would still take the hot seat in a heartbeat. At worst get paid handsomely and tidy amount to spend on players at a genuine superpower of the game.

Then there is the appeal of the challenge being kind of like the girl who always believes she will be the one to change a bad boy....

The first time put them out of the Cup; this second, although a draw rather than a defeat, cost them leadership of the league. People will always take money .. nothing new there
 
Antony’s antics are laughable in a lot of ways.

But if we’d have had some similar arrogance over the last 10 years we might have achieved a bit more.
 
If they fluke a win against City in the final then ETH would be the first United manager in history to win trophies in both his first 2 seasons!

For me, Maguire is a class act. The way he dealt with becoming a meme and public punching bag has been immense. A good defender in the right team, he’s been incredibly strong mentally.

It’s incredible how much brick he’s had to deal with, and how well he has dealt with it, through absolutely no fault of his own — other than being maybe not of the quality of the best players in the world.

Players with actual criminal convictions get a far easier ride.
