Championship and EFL Football

Ipswich losing now, this is fantastic watching. 1pt seperating 4 teams. Think Wolves are the rank outsiders, changing every 5mins though, superb

Play has been suspended at Blackpool as fans are protesting on the pitch.

With Ipswich now losing, Brentford are up to 5th. Wolves in 7th on GD as there are 3 teams on 78 points and Derby currently on 77.

Some real last ditch stuff from Reading, but they have managed to get a second goal.

Brentford get a third after a horrific Wigan mistake. Pritchard has been subbed off.

Was just about to say that Wolves have ten minutes to make up three goals on Ipswich, but then they concede and Ipswich score at the same time.

Playoffs will be:

Norwich - Ipswich
Middlesboro - Brentford

Unless Ipswich can get one more goal.

Derby started the day in 6th, now they're 8th and losing 0-3 at home to Reading. Shambolic stuff.

Sheffield Wednesday equalise at Watford in added time, making Bournemouth champions. Wednesday's only shot on goal all match.

Pleased for Bournemouth to take the title, great story. Derby have really blown up, shambolic indeed.

Really stupid by McClaren's Derby to throw away the promotion place at the last game. It is like the way we threw away the CL place through the Lasagna gate in 2006. Looking at the teams being promoted, I think all 3 will struggle badly in the PL next season. The lower divisions have been lacking real quality teams in recent years.

Just like Norwich threw away direct promotion by losing a game somewhere, Wolves and Derby have thrown away a playoff spot. As we know, only YOUR team get to pick a game and say 'that is where we screwed up'.

MK Dons promoted to the Championship after a 5-1 win over Yeovil Town.

Leyton Orient relegated to League Two.

The final League One round saw an average of 4 goals per game, with Bristol City 8-2 Walsall the biggest score of the day.

Swindon with Luongo, Byrne and Kasim starting and Obika on the bench take on Sheffield United tonight in the playoffs.
