OMT - *** Tottenham Hotspur v some Scouse team ***

Enjoy buddy. I'm going to hold off for another couple of hours.

I'm looking forward to the illogical arguments, the blaming of bad luck and the logic they'll use to say that they actually won the match despite the scoreline.

Would still rather have Firmino than Kane. Was my personal favourite...

Why do they call it Liverpool Football Club every time it's mentioned

Well gents, this horrible painting has finally been sprinkled with the last monumental sprinkle of brick.

Before I go into too much depth, let me just say that we are Liverpool Football Club, because in this absolute travesty of a day, many can lose perspective of who we are as a club and that is not a condemnation by any means.

This team is good. Nothing more, nothing less. We are infested with liabilities. Tottenham have a great team. That is the underlying difference between us.

Simon Mignolet does not deserve to be number 1 keeper for Liverpool Football Club. His decision making is abysmal and he has the confidence of a tuna sandwich

Dejan Lovren as we all know by now, is not good enough to be a centre half playing for Liverpool Football Club. Now, I would add Matip to that list but in all honesty, if I had to go out there on a Sunday or a Saturday or whatever, knowing that I was about to be partnered alongside Dejan Liafudgingbility Lovren, my nerves would be through the fudging roof and I'd be putting in Sunday League performances every week. Matip is a good young defender whose confidence has been sabotaged by Mr.Liafudgingbility.

Emre Can. Now I am usually an admirer of this locomotive. I don't know why but he looks better when you watch him live. Today watching him on television he looked as though he'd been hiking up Kilimanjaro before the game. Sometimes it felt as though he was playing in slo-motion, I was getting anxiety just watching him run. Had an appalling game, but there's still hope for him.

And finally, Jordan Henderson. This man is our captain. I want to maintain my own dignity and love I have for this club so I will not go into vitriolic depth but Jordan is not good enough to play for this club.

Now gents, the reason why I haven't included the others is either because they are professional veterans who shouldn't be made a spacegoat for the ineptness of our management team and it's superiors, or that they are players that have been put into a team alongside others who have weight, yet no substance. When (not if) we decide to address these liabilities in our team, I truly believe we are capable of becoming a prosperous football club once again. Hopefully Jurgen Klopp, the man for this job, will have learnt his mistakes from this summer. I also hope the superiors take note of our regressions and begin to take notes on what this club has to do in order to navigate its way out of this state of malfunction

Fantastic result, great performance, great tactics -- I love that I can never really predict Poch's selection. He is so, so good.

Was I the only one getting really p1ssed off when we were only 2-1 up? I felt like we might throw it away after we deserved to be about 4-0 up...then the 3rd went in and I could enjoy the game! (thanks Dele!)

We are a really good team and we have an excellent squad. No Rose, Davies, Wanyama, Dembele, Lamela and still look the business.

That Harry Kane can play a bit...

Before the game I looked at the team selected and thought we would miss Dier and that it was a gamble with Aurier at left back, but the pace, mobility and energy proved ideal to combat Liverpool. I've always though if we get an early goal we will destroy teams at Wembley, that proved to be the case. An other step forward by Poch, twice this week he has surprised everyone with his team selections and shown a flexibility in the system, all this with 4/5 players missing is a real improvement. What a difference Poch is to the dancing puppets we see at other clubs, he wants the focus on his team not himself.

Of course. A great player and definitely up there. I haven't seen him take an otherwise mid-table side to the title on his own.

Messi is arguably the better of the two for so many reasons, but Maradona was quality, I don't understand how people can even debate it.
