***OMT Tottenham Hotspur V Huddersfield

Diving isn't cynical it's cheating and he's already developed a reputation for diving that means when he's genuinely fouled in the box he's much less likely to get a penalty. I'm already noticing how many less free kicks he's winning now than he used to, refs have caught onto his diving....
Cheating is cynical

We need Son back in the forward line..
Not only because he can score goals....he can also score winners...

He scored important prem goals last season.
This season he could help us get second again...lol

Well we won,t win it will we..ha ha!

It's ok to be selfish when you are 3 or more goals up. But at 2-0 you fudging pass it to your team mate for a tap in! Why Kane didn't pass to Davies when their GK messed up is beyond me! He had virtually no chance of scoring himself, but a simple pass and Davies had an open goal. Kane is amazing, but that is one area he can improve.

Can't argue with this

One area he needs to improve on, saying that Ronaldo hardly ever passes.

So, who wants to go around and pick up all the toys and put them back in the pram now that we officially haven't had a slow start because we didn't make any early signings?
We didn't have a slow start, but those draws against Burnley and Swansea may come back to bite us. Could be the title margin when all is said and done.

Every team can say that. It's all relative.

And if we're talking title, then I think we're dreaming. This year, at least. We've lost one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle: our home advantage.

Top four this year would be a massive achievement.

I'm sorry but this Alli narrative is becoming a bit of a bore. For sure things are not going his way at the moment but he is still working his butt off and contributing with intelligent passes. It was Alli for example who won possession back in defence and set off the counter attack that ultimately resulted in Sissoko's goal.

Could not agree more, Alli has to improve his play acting before he becomes a marked man by refs but he was involved with a lot of our better moves yesterday. Once he starts scoring again the narrative will drift away.

They could be but it reminds me so much of last season except there are two teams being hyped to the hills instead of just city

We’re third suddenly and yet it’s a two horse race after city and united have smashed some brick teams (in united case) or actually beat some half decent sides on city’s case. But city are actually only one point like for like to last seasons after the first 7 games but that doesn’t suit the narrative... apparently they have improved massively

Amen brother. Loads and loads can still happen this year. Injuries to key players, cup runs, lack of injuries to key players, lack of cup runs, deflected goals, dodgy refs etc.

Indeed. Somebody posed a question, would we take the league table now as the final table if offered. Playing at Wembley for a full season... Too right I would

Was impressed with the pitch, the stadium, the atmosphere and their fans support. All their fans giving Kane a standing ovation was a nice touch. The night out not so much.

Be nice to fly under the radar for a bit.
