Ii suppose that if they are trying to call out their lying owners over claimed attendances, then getting some facts is the way to do it.
The reference to the 66k capacity above was in response to someone asking Gold about it. His actual tweeted reply was "66,000 is proving to a bit more difficult than we first thought but we will continue to pursue our aim."
I assume he means getting 66,000 people wanting to go there is more difficult than first thought.
(And you can never, ever have too many pairs of shoes, even ones that are rarely worn. They might be, one day.)
