What I like about Nacer is that he busts a gut and actually SPRINTS to get into good positions. Haven't seen that from a Spurs player for ages!
 
Him and Rose are really excelling under Pochettino early doors - hope they continue to do so and we see a similar up turn in fortunes for the rest of the squad

Totally agree. One reason the top clubs get the decisions is because they make a fuss about every decsion, no matter how small and it plays on the officials mind "I better give them the next one".

I hope we do it again.

I will never forget that kclam henry running 90 yards to knee-slide in front of our corner at scumbury. If I remember correctly, scudamore declared him a legend and the PFA suggest a knighthood. Kclam!
 
Chadli has done well to score 4 goals so far. But just can't see him being a prolific scorer for us. He is not clinical enough in front of goal. He wasted a golden chance in the first half when he mis kicked the ball with only the goalie to beat. We badly need a prolific striker who don't waste such chances.

Lol are you joking, he's hardly missed a shed load of chances, even prolific strikers miss chances. Not clinical enough? He's scored 4 goals in 6 games and he's not even a striker....

he had to travel all the way past ade to get into that position though.

Though you have to see Ade's role in Chadli's success. Ade drops deep, Chadli fills the free space, and today was feed by Ade for his chance off the post.

Yeah I was there, what irritated me about what Henry did was that it was not like Spurs fans were giving him any abuse before the goal, it was really uncalled for. I use to have a grudging respect for him until then, since that incident I see him as a twunt. Annoyingly, that is the pose of his statue outside the Effeminates

Its not even about his strike rate, its just his general all round performances.

Anyways, Chadli - always said would be a very good player. Keep up the good work...

I agree. Ade should be playing off the last man more and focusing on scoring! Hunting goals. But he is helping Chadli, who can ghost into space.
