Lots of people on here were desperate for us to spend big money on Max Aarons 3 or 4 years ago. Since then he has bounced from Bournemouth to Valencia to Rangers.

Not according to the Rangers site, he will be 0 years old....
Does it make any difference waiting almost 2 weeks to register him when he turns 18. He could have been involved in 2/3 games already (after today)
Seems stupid for loans. Loans are for young players to develop. These rules are harming player development.

Moore will not solve Rangers defensive problems, might as well give Celtic the trophy now.
FIFA/UEFA rules mean that Moore can't play yet as he is in a foreign country (Scotland) and is still a minor , all changes tomorrow when he becomes an adult .

So how has Vuskovic been able to go to Poland and Belgium on loan before he was 18?

Think it's something to do with the fact that Vuskovic is an EU citizen and was playing in EU countries , the rules are very complex and there are all sorts of exceptions, it was something I heard a commentator say on yesterdays match he said Moore will be OK from Monday when he turns 18.
PS Technically Luka didn't become a Spurs player until 1st July this year , probably another reason why he could play in Poland and Belgium.

Vuskovic didn't join until this window, he was loaned out twice after his former club got annoyed and said he wouldn't play.
As we couldn't buy him due to EU laws, we agreed with his former club that we would sort out loans for him until he could join us.
We aren't sending Moore out on loan to an EU country though, he is still playing in the country of his passport where there is no restrictions to my knowledge.

Eu freedom of movement laws. I was saying the other day how silly it is that we don't have the equivalent for scotland, wales and northern ireland.
Blame the fa and government.
