David Ginola
Course he is, he is their player still.
Shows a good attitude

Wonder if Forest will drop their legal complaints if he tears his ACL today.Course he is, he is their player still.

My mate was going on and on about itCourse he is, he is their player still.

Or he has said, you let me go and I won't be a taco about it.Just shows he isn’t pushing it, i really think its over now.

Can’t see what we would offer any more if … if there was a release clauseI'm expecting us to offer a few more quid and it will be done soon
That’s just way too sensibleWould rather he's taking part in Forests pre-season. Want him fit if/when he arrives.
But if that release is all tied up with who knew what, when, and how that info was used, and complaints to the PL, if a few £M more gets rid of all that and gives Frank the player he wants, then it might be worth it, annoying as it might be.Can’t see what we would offer any more if … if there was a release clause
The fee triggers his release

They valued him at £70m
According to rumours
They think that’s the fee
Disagree. You don't let people mug you off. Otherwise everyone will. You end up being a mug.
If we feel we haven't done anything wrong see it out for better or worse.
I’m a buyer for a living … well director now with a large team in a multi multi $B companyI don't think we should pay their £70M valuation and I don't think we would ever let ourselves be mugged off.
We can of course let it play out and see what happens but imo that only works if we know it will be dealt with in a timely matter (and I assume we would have some indication from the PL as to the timeline - if it seems reasonable, then yes, roll the dice and see what happens.).
It's about value rather than cost. There are multiple ways that a deal can be structured to allow both parties to come away happy (or relatively so).

I disagree, the ball is well and truly in Levy's court. If we've met the release clause and didn't tap him up/ do anything wrong a simple letter requesting the release of MGW as per his contract to both Forest and the EPL should be sufficient.it really needs (if we did meet the clauses) MGW to issue a transfer request
This. If he wants to come, he can make it happen, as Berbatov etc did when they wanted to leave. If he doesn't want to come, we need to move on...
