**** OMT Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur ****

They have made some good signings and have been playing well. I hate this fixture, all the hype and build up. Remember Manure beat this lot, I hope we have the same luck they had.

This game doesn't seem to be getting that much attention, top v third, derby game, first game back from international break.
Expected more hype.

I just hope we turn up for a change. Too many times we go here and play like we are scared to death, yet we turn them over at our place. We are capable of beating them if they the players actually players they can themselves

Exactly this, even in peak Poch days we’ve brick the bed there. Hoping for no embarrassment this time around, not because I think the Goons are that good or we are that poor, it’s just an historically brick fixture for us.

I hate this game, can't add much more than that and what others have said, start slow and sloppy and we lose, don't fudge my weekend you mentalists

Lenglet in is interesting - I'm a massive Davies fan (as Conte is as well I guess), the Frenchman must be really impressing in training to get a shot in a game like this unless Davies is injured. Hope he has a positive influence on the game

Told you he was never going to change formation.

Yet we change formation in every game. 532 at times defending, when kane or richarlison drop into midfield we are playing 352. When we attack we are 325 with the wingbacks pushing forward.

No attacking depth on the bench if we need to change things, maybe our squad is not as strong as we think.

And this is why I said our squad isn’t all that still. One injury to one of the front three and all of a sudden we have naff all on the bench…..

Having the three start offers flexibility still though? You can change formation and mix it up, the depth does not always have to come of the bench. Bit of a fallacy because its rare than people come off the bench and change the game thats why we can name probably three decent subs in history with the ginger scouse, the ginger manc and there I am stuck

Think the latter as Davies is not on the bench and think I read he was one of the doubts post internationals

Once Moura and Kulusevski are back fit again it boosts the squad depth, but yes, I still think we are an attacker light. I would certainly consider, if we could, recalling either Parrott or Scarlett in Jan, if, the powers that be have no plans to sign a back-up in the next window

It's diagonals over crosses. Lenglet suits counter attacking, whilst Davies is more useful when we have more possession
