Sorry mate I don’t see how a Chelsea win tomorrow is any good for us?? Some spurs fans think we have a chance for 3rd but the way we are playing we are more likely going to get 5th.
 
Overall I don't think it was that bad - it's very very difficult to break down an ultra defensive team who are experts at being exactly that.

We turned up today imo, which we didn't against Emirates Marketing Project, Brighton and possibly Watford too.

What is incredibly frustrating is Poch's refusal to use Lucas more - for me it's starting to get out of hand. It is ridiculous. He should have started or at least come on much much earlier.

We need an explanation as to why he refuses to use him more.

Son should not play again this season. He has not turned up for weeks now and imo he is saving himself for the World Cup - do not play him again in these final two games.

And lastly the defending for that corner was absolutely disgraceful - fine every player involved in that set piece.
 
What the fudge was that Spurs? Ever since our loss to Juventus we've looked shot of confidence and impotent in the final third, the form of the whole midfield and attack has fallen off a cliff.

Serious 5th place finish fears.

We barely turned up, players are in cruise control and have been since the Chelsea game.

We will fudge this up.
 
Well I have seen some gutless efforts from Spurs in my time as supporter and that goes back to 1967, but that is right up there. However, Pochettino has to wear plenty of blame for that because he selected the wrong side...again! Lamela is fudging clueless. How many more abject performances does he have to put in before the fanboys recognise this? The guy does not have the athleticism for this league and he never will. He offers zero penetration and I wouldn't even have him in the squad. Moura did more in ten minutes, more as in positive way, as in not losing the ball and giving away free kicks. The way we are playing at the moment we don't deserve top four and if Cheat$ki can beat Liverpool they will have deserved it by way of showing the bottle we lack.
 
I’m beginning to wonder if life after Poch is rapidly approaching. He has said some strange things of late and the players don’t seem particularly fudged.

I’ve a feeling he will go this summer. And I’m no longer sure that is the worst thing.

But it says 1-0 and that’s as they say the ‘only’ thing that matters ask Brighton fans.

Same here. With the stupid attitude these players have - they forgot we were going nowhere before Poch showed up.

Did you actually see the game? WBA were twice as dangerous as we were despite having a fraction of the possession.

This is yet another blot on Poch;

Poor tactics to start... you do not play Lamela against teams who defend in numbers.
Above all, typical rabbit in headlights mode when we were spluttering around, waiting till the typical 60 minutes to make his first sub when he should have brought on Son at half time and Lucas ten minutes later if things did not improve.

We've got 2 home games left against teams who are safe and not in great form, we'd be 2 wins away from 3rd if Liverpool lose or draw tomorrow.

Today's annoying, but WBA were scrapping for their lives, at home, and are in decent form since they canned Pards. I'm not going full drama queen just yet.

When we lose to Saudi Sportswashing Machine the toys will leave the pram though, promise.
