***OMT: Tottenham Hotspur vs Liverpool***

Fans never cease to amaze me, we go a goal down in injury time at Anfield, despite dominating the second half and instead of feeling sorry for ourselves and accepting defeat go and get an eqauliser and we still get moaning, it was the same after the United game, this player did that wrong, that player missed this, fukcing hell will they ever be happy?

Can u imagine the furore if we’d actually scored from the Kane one?

Never seen so much debate about something that turned out to be irrelevant.

Lamela’s one is ridiculously clear cut. It’s a non debate, but as with lots of goals now, people will find reasons, angles, opinions as to why it might not be. Even if it is 1%, that 1% seems to gather pace and is taken seriously.

Can we sign a petition to get Lawro sacked, for not knowing the fundamental rules of getting dressed in the morning?

Wearing a three piece suit means three pieces that match not three pieces of tat you just happen to have lying around.

Are you talking about the Liverpool fans? Yeah tossers aren’t they.

Now we’ll struggle to get decisions...much like the referee didn’t want to give us anything against United, so not much will change. Just annoying that it’s ahead of our big game against tough rivals who will push us all the way and for whom I have a lot of respect...of course, I mean Newport County.

I like the way they accuse Lamela of being “clever” to win the penalty. I might sound naïve but isn’t it a natural reaction to get between your opponent and the ball? It’s this foreigner narrative ergo he must be a diver.

It was so biased. We'd been on the wrong end of this law ourselves. MOTD should have shown that game with Wimmer trying to clear the ball and playing a goon onside. I agree the law is not always fair, but the spirit of favouring attacks is good. The "whole bring in VAR now" is astounding as the ref made the correct decisions! What is Twunt on about? Just bitter his team didn't win. Poor partial punditry. I'll sign it!

A win would have been lovely. But a draw in these circumstances constitutes a very noisy result.

Tae fcuk wi' them ckockwarts at the Telegraph. They wear black armbands every time Arsenal lose or we gain a point. Stopped reading that fishwrap ages ago.

Same sort of laughable scribbling and whibbling over at the Daily Melee as West Ham's agony aunt Martin Samuel is spurting jam jars of vitriol over this result. Bad week for him and his club so has to take it out on something and we're it.

In the modern game I dont how anyone can dispute this pen. He volleys his leg in the penalty area, yes he does not see him ( not that, that counts ) and its not an outright foul. But the point is he stopped him illegally in the area. Its a penalty all day long.

If only that were true. I make my livelihood around professional athletes and it's astonishing how well they know what's going on around them. Like they have some sort of special radar that can compute speed of movement and know exactly where and when a team mate or rival is at any moment. They also have excellent peripheral vision. He knew Lamela was there but still stupidly swung his boot rather than simply take up a strong defensive position.
