Literally have no idea what he was doing making that foul. As if absolutely anything else could happen. We were getting better, in the ascendancy, have no idea what he was thinking.

But, he's played his part in an amazing test of character from our team.
 
Mad moment for the penalty tonight but thats what Walker used to be like, and he needs to play regularly to get experience and overcome the rooster ups like Walker did.

Still prefer him to Trippier...
 
What a liability he is. In the words of Ray Wilkins.. "stay on your feet"
At least he's suspended for the return leg.
He's poor going forward and doesn't know how to defend.
 
Had a stinker all over the pitch really. He is better than that but tonight he stuck out like a sore thumb.
 
Our worst player by a mile. Some poor decision making tonight, especially for the penalty. The potential is still there, but he needs to show so much more than he did tonight. Clearly picked for his pace, but that didn't work out, so lets try Trippier who is defensively superior and with a far better cross.
 
He needs to learn how to defend, and not go to ground. Said it before we signed him. Just from YT vids could see he went to ground all the time.

BUT I don't mind him. He was decent going forward, is aggressive, but he needs to wise up and control it. He needs to read the game defensively. Needs to develop intelligence defending, and continue to be impulsive when attacking.

Well said that man. I wanted to kick him in the hole for that tackle and it’s not the first time this season. He does ridiculous things.

But we want loyalty from players and a lot of time we don’t give it back. Rose and Walker are two great examples of that. Aurier will be a player. It’ll just take time.

Still undecided on him and very tinkle poor tonight but that’s a sensible analysis. Needs to up his game significantly but he needs a full season at the least before we can make a reasonable judgment of him.
