Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

fudging hell. This Ange love-in is getting out of control isn’t it? I’d be hating this if I wasn’t a Spurs fan but the big bastard is impossible to dislike.

I wonder how ange feels. Worked his gonads off all these years. Now having stars doing tik tok vids about him.

The availability of phones + celebrities trying to remain relevant means Ange mentioning he had a happy days poster or Spurs fans appropriating a Robbie Williams song sparks a response from the originator, I'm not moaning as it's all good hearted especially as it reflects that things are going well.

First time I'd been annoyed by decisions made by Ange today on the subs front. Davies and Skipp on when chasing a game was rough, there's not enough of an injury crisis to justify it imo. We got through it but ideally we shouldn't need to be so lucky against a 9 man team especially as they'd already had a legitimate goal wrongly ruled out, although Liverpool did well to remain a threat and then defend so well.

I understood why he brought Skipp and Davies. We needed fresh people to get into that box and require Liverpool detailing men to mark them. It was needed. Davies is also not a stranger to shooting from distance. I was really worried about how Maddison and Bissouma were slow and playing into Pool's hands. Our refusal to cross in from the byline at times was infuriating. We kept trying to cross the ball in from the wrong position IMHO.
