I'd play Kulu front at this point. We have no-one else with any hold up play. Throw in someone as functional as Chris Wood in that regard and we'd probably look better.

it's really simple, we commit too many players too high up the pitch, there is too much license to go forward rather than maintaining a stable and secure shape

I didnt watch the third goal. However the first two goals - we had more players in our half than Saudi Sportswashing Machine did. For the first goal - 2 CBs and 1 LB versus 2 Saudi Sportswashing Machine players. For the second goal - similar. It wasnt a failure of defensive system. A failure of players wining their defensive battles.
