How mean would it be to own one of those pads just there on Worcester Avenue. It would be hideous at the same time as well as scary but on matchdays it would be nice to live there...maybe.

When are they going to build this fudging stadium.......?
 
Any idea what that big pile of sand/earth which looks like a ramp is for? They seemed to build it over the course of a couple weeks so seems quite deliberate

Ground up concrete and bricks that will be reused in the new build.

Seems like there's a fair bit of clearing being done under and around the truss. Surely it'll be coming down in the next couple of weeks.

Looking at the latest photos I would expect a lot more to go on sale as the South stand has been completely stripped of seats before demolition.

North, East and West were all pulled down with the remaining seats in place.
 
I know "The Park Lane" is still standing, but safe to say WHL is now just a memory :(

On a positive note there is a mightily impressive facility right next door which is starting to look like all the computer generated renderings we've been poring over for.....years actually.

Also that view with all the trees makes the old ground look like it's in quite a rural location. The little village club is coming of age.

NB Never noticed Ally Pally in the distance before!
